The "All There Is"

The totality of the Soul was originally created by All-There-Is, and it is that soul that group of particles which comes down through the dimensions and then connects with the physical forming body. This path involves two stages because the Soul interacts with the physical body at the moment of conception.

We are aware there are two cells, which represent the first division after insemination. And these two cells continue to divide to form what is known as the nucleus which then goes on to divide to shape the physical body in all its characteristics. This nucleus or center represents the expression of the chromosome, however the soul influences how that chromosome is expressed. So there is this combination of influences in the nucleus. That center of cells continues to exist in the body and indeed it is in what we may consider a protected chamber in the pineal gland. It is protected so that it cannot be interfered with by any exterior influence, any drugs, medications or Beings.

The souls influence the expressions within that nucleus and it has an effect on how that center begins to be expressed in the physical form. Because of the way that physical form evolves, how it grows and reveals its completeness is deeply associated to the mission that has been reserved by that particular soul.

An illustration is if the choice has been made by the soul to come forth with some emotional irregularity that was chosen for the learning and experience of the soul in its totality, the soul will bring about its unfolding of those initial cells such that there is this irregularity which is emotionally expressed. Then once the body advances to a specific point, which can vary depending upon the choices of the Soul, the soul comes down and connects with the physical body and becomes resident with or within that physical form. The point during the pregnancy in which this occurs varies upon the individual.

More often than not it is several weeks before birth yet can be earlier or late in the pregnancy and there are many considerations, which influence this. The soul continues to correspond and influence the emotional form as well as the intuition of the individual and the kind of choices which the individual makes.

We choose the life that we live and that choice is powerfully expressed through the soul and how that influence comes forth in that life experience. The group of particles continues to exist beyond the point of crossing over, to the point of what we call Death.

The Higher-Self, instead is an energetic form that is sent forth by All-There-Is. It is like a communication path and it is also what you might consider to be a guide to the individual self that can be connected, and communicated with to include supplying great wisdom and guidance.

Some of that guidance is placed specifically within the Higher Self for that particular lifetime. It’s possible that the Higher Self may be replaced during a particular lifetime; this is a choice made by All-There-Is, because an assignment is fulfilled and the life heads in a different direction. The Higher Self may be replaced to support the change in life’s path. So this is a powerful and important source of wisdom and guidance, moreover it can be connected with consciously, or it may remain in the background as it does for most people prompting and suggesting to the individual while communicating back to All-There-is on a continuous basis.

There is a relationship between the Soul and The Higher Self, not only in the sense that they are able to work together, but a relationship in the sense of the elements themselves. Everything is vibration.

There is a difference in vibration, which we would consider it to be a frequency. These particles that come to structure the soul, that forms the Higher Self has an extremely high frequency, it is one of the arrangements or reasons because of this high frequency.

As you might suspect the frequency of the Higher Self is much higher than the frequency of what we call the Soul itself, and this is an important design, and arrangement to understand because it is what stimulates the necessity for the Higher Self and the Soul to be two distinct compositions even though they are connected with one another. Those elements, which form the soul, are of such a nature that they can be in your dimension and they can have connection or blend with the physical body itself, so to work in an optimum manner they should be able to enter into the physical body.

However there is no way the Higher self may be involved in such a design because those particles, or elements are at an even higher frequency than what can be considered the Soul as well as what can be considered the physical body. For that reason it never enters the physical body itself, instead messages can be sent forth so there is a direct line of communication in the consciousness of the individual and actually the mindfulness of the soul that connects to the awareness of the Higher Self.

It was this difference in vibration, which allows a blending of the Soul into the body. If the particles or elements in you were positioned in a different way there would be a much closer relationship between the human being and the Higher Self. But because of this difference many times the Higher Self is not activated in such a way that the human being can actually feel and hear and sense the direction of the Higher Self.

Those individuals who are on a much lower frequency can only be taught and guided on an intuitive manner. Individuals of very low vibration are working under a detachment between themselves and their intuitive functions. Therefore for those of a very low vibration that guidance that should be available to them with regards to the Higher Self is cut, it is the very reason why the Higher Self must interconnect with the Soul directly. There is a communication, but those of a lower vibration have difficulty even in the connecting to their soul because they are not in the frame of mind where they believe there is such an arrangement.

So for many people they wander around with a complete disconnect from spirit. Although some of the subtle bodies can come through the portal that we call spiritual and yes there can be communication between that phase and the soul itself, however, it is more desirable for the individual to have communication with their Higher Self, but for many this communication does not exist, as there is a barrier placed there. The reason this becomes important is because the Higher Self is the portal or gateway to All-There-Is.

Because of the difference in frequency between these two bodies, The Higher Self and All-There-Is, have set up communication with each other. A person must be very advanced spiritually to be able to connect with the Higher Self and move beyond to All-There-Is.

The most desirable part of all this would be to go directly to All-There-Is, but for most people this is an impossible task and it is because they do not sit in a place where they apply a belief in a spiritual practice.

Most people who sit there are there perhaps, because they do not believe. Belief motivates all aspects of human beings into more advance realms of vibrations, energy and manifestation, or display. The very basis of all this is belief.

Allowing the Forces to Work

My friend Shonda*, at one time, was committed to journaling, and meditating. Shonda tells me she has of late experienced a strong sense of negative feelings such as misplaced anger as well as the inability to transform negative energy into positive energy. She mentioned feeling “out of balance.” This was a sign that Shonda needed to reconnect with her Higher Self.

Lately, Shonda has gone about her day making several failed attempts at dealing with mainstream earthlings (e.g., banking, shopping, other trans-actions, and inter-actions). Shonda puts off communing with Spirit Energy resulting in the progressive degeneration of poise, and self-confidence.

My friend denies ever experiencing such intense, negative erratic cogency. For example although Shonda is an affable woman she seems to have lost her inside compass, putting it another way Shonda is off center, attracting into her sphere more dis-ease.

Shonda lives in a New York City, west side apartment and states hearing loud noises coming from her neighbor’s apartment; she actually went to her neighbor’s door expressing concern as to whether or not her neighbor was safe as the noises did seem as though they could be coming from the neighbor’s apartment. Shonda felt relieved by her neighbor’s reports that this was not the case.

The intermittent unexplained noises, she assured me, are not imagined to include irritability. Where was this energy coming from? Although Shonda finds solace engaging in a Full Moon Ritual she reports being “too busy” to be active in the ceremony this month. Shonda was usually observed journaling, praying, burning oil or incense, affirmations, burning candles as part of her daily sacred grooming process for many years. When I inquired about her spiritual grooming regiment Shonda admitted that it had not been a priority for quite some time. Based upon everything Shonda was describing it seemed as though she was experiencing spiritual depletion.

Simply put spiritual depletion is when we feel despondent, alone, agitated, and a disconnection from self. This happens as a result of failure to seek, obtain and maintain on some level a connection with our Higher Self or a Power or Force which we feel is Greater than ourselves. This disconnection leaves us nothing to feed from, nothing to sooth as a balm for our soul. Therefore a lack of spiritual sustenance results in spiritual depletion of which Shonda was experiencing. Shonda’s soul was in S.O.S. mode crying out for help. She began to experience what she called “strong instinctual feelings” accompanied by thoughts of her maternal aboriginal Cherokee roots.

The Evocation, Intercession, Invocation Process

During Shonda’s childhood and teen years her mother made every attempt and used every opportunity to ensure Shonda was aware of her aboriginal Cherokee roots to include the practicing of rituals and ceremonies. Shonda grew up in a Cherokee matrilineal kinship system. In a matrilineal kinship system, a person is related only to people on their mother’s side. Her relatives are those who can be traced through a woman.

“Early Cherokee culture the family unit was traced through the wives and not the husbands. The major members in each family were the mothers, aunts, grandmothers, brothers, and uncles, not fathers.” (Cited source http://www.learnnc.org/lp/editions/nchist-twoworlds/1882 )

Shonda stated that, “Lately, there seems to be a negative force so strong there is no way to escape it.” Shonda may have avoided such an uncomfortable experience had she continued her daily ritual of sacred spiritual grooming.

The invitation from her ancestral roots became progressively stronger as she hesitated engaging in the invocation or summoning process. I wondered just how far her ancestors traveled to reach my friend. I reflected upon what was or is the reason for her predecessors’ journey? What, if at all, is their message to her? If this is the case there is a lot to be said about the help Shonda can receive, the messages she can obtain if she is open and receptive. The availability of assistance was accessible and therefore not the issue, The Force(s) required her permission to intercede. The Greater Power(s), call it whatever we want, came to help Shonda in her time of need.

Shonda instinctively gravitated towards initiating the practices of her aboriginal Cherokee roots. She allowed me to be part of a cleansing ritual.

White Sage and Lemongrass Oil

Shondra engaged in what she termed as “smudging.” She stated that, “The intention is to drive out bad influences.” I’d heard of smudging but now I was allowed the privilege of participating in the ritual. She lit aflame two small white sage leaves, no more than two inches long, extinguished the fire, fanning the smoke by using a feather she began to smudge herself from head to toe very slowly, ensuring the heart/chest area was smudged. She continued slowly smudging the floors, slowly moving upwards to the ceiling as far as she could reach. Room to room, doorways, thresholds, windows, closets and myself again. When Shondra completed the ritual she extinguished the sage smoke via placing the remnants of the two small leaves into a small bowl of sand.

Afterwards we journaled what may have been received messages. There seemed to be a sense of release, and calmness about Shondra. I was happy for her as well as myself.

The Lemongrass

I asked her what the significance of Lemongrass was within this ritual. She responded with, “For me it helps to improve digestive problems, detoxifies my entire system, chase away sluggishness, stimulates the central nervous system, to develop a sense of self-esteem, confidence, hope, mental strength, and it uplifts spirits and fights depression.” She thusly placed a drop in the palm of her hand, rubbed her hands together then inhaled softly for 30 seconds, the scent in her hands.

She began to talk about envisioning successes with her career goals, personal life, a sense of security and wellbeing. Shonda made a decision to get out of her way, allowed a connection with Higher Forces, resulting in tranquility. In witnessing her transformation it was conclusive for me that her faith in the ritual ceremony, and connection to her matrilineal kinship ancestral roots, reestablished Shondra's connection with her Higher Self.

The Courage to Leave Shore

What is your individual purpose or role as you see it? Why do you feel or think you are here? What are our individual expectations of self?  I’ll use an analogy of ships or other vessels. The craft is expected to transport safely its staff, and cargo from one point to another. The ship, crew and collective volume are invaluable, priceless and in most cases cannot be replaced. Ships were not built to remain in the berth or port. Thus far can we agree in order for the ship and staff to satisfy their respective roles and purpose that they must at least leave shore?

And so it is with us. Leaving the shore of doubt and disbelief involves the process of faith in one’s own competence. Trusting in ones innate gifts. Our role is to courageously set sail in the yet uncultivated waters of life. Naturally it provokes a bit of fear to enter the unfamiliar yet in order to satisfy our position we choose movement instead of the stagnation of remaining tied up, bound and wrapped in dread, as well as apprehension.

The mere knowing we have the power to alter or improve our lives can add an element of fear. Fear of responsibility, failure, or maybe even transformation.
You may ask, “what do I do with this conversion? What does transformation look like? What does renovation feel like? Can I maintain this makeover?” Notice I did not use the word change as this word strikes shear distress in some of us. We were neither created to be afraid of nor to be intimidated by or reluctant towards the expression of Love of ourselves. Leaving the shore of hesitation as well as arranged doubts about our talents is long overdue.

The quest to courageously forge ahead towards an opportunity offers the chance to utilize such gifts as the authority of expression, acknowledging crucial learning experiences that add to the development of character, integrity, to ignite the fire of passion and desire for the vision to reach fruition.  The very idea that “yes its possible that I can leave shore” will in time supersede any origin of fear imaginable. But only if one allows that.

Learning to love one’s self is a process that is worth the continued journey of work.  There are required ports-of-call on our ship’s manifest.  Ships dock in the  course of voyages to load or unload cargo, obtain supplies, or undergo repairs. Making the decision to leave life’s  various shores encountered will allow an opportunity to unload the cargo which weighed us down, acquire the provisions of optimism and assurance, secure associations of like-minded sojourners to inspire the development of audacity, as well as to restore areas of our life.

Our tapping into our potential is one of many requirements as travelers with an itinerary. Our ability to access our genius is available to all of us but we’ll never know if we don’t set sail and explore.

Spirituality is a Powerful gift, which produces itself from the inside to reflect its quality outwardly. Our inner world carries a seal of the Divine. Perception and Power are just a few of our immutable undeniable faculties, talents which we discover as we come to visit each port. There is triumph during the adventure once we develop the Courage to Leave Shore.

This Semester Called Life

“You do not remove a partition and find another Self standing in the shadows. You simply awaken and find that you were It all the time”, John Randolph Price, Empowerment: You Can Do, Be, and Have All Things, 1996.

There is a school of thought which lends itself to belief that one does not learn their particular lessons during this Semester Called Life then there is, if you will, a round trip ticket to complete or address the unlearned message another time. Is there, on some level, unfinished business from one of our prior re-embodiment encounters or is this visit a prelude for our next assignment?  Are our daily experiences lessons, warnings or both?

Another question to consider is whether a Power Greater than myself is everywhere to include the ambits then why not offer an obvious warning, detectable evidence or both so we will not repeat the occurrence? Why can’t we get a grade score consideration for our efforts?  Is this because although the answers were apparent, to not do the required assignments there would not be a learning experience?

In some cases or instances there are red flags, sirens, blinking lights, mile markers of which we have upon several occasions made a conscious choice to ignore. Therefore there are lessons to be learned in the chapter entitled: The Willingness to Practice Recognized Lesson Assignments.

I, at one time or another, have experienced lessons that left me feeling emotionally cut into strips, mentally shattered, and spiritually diminished. Life’s episodes have shown me that whatever the process is as well as the outcome of a situation, it is something I must learn to live with.

During my involvement with my lesson learning stages, I’ve noticed that there is a sense of disconnection or separation from Spirit. However, making contact with that Energy is communicated through Mindfulness meditation. God offers the gift of deliberate gentle understanding.  There is making a decision to do what is in my best interest as I can best see it and learning to live with the outcome, which is in my best interest. There is acceptance of my conclusion of what is beneficial. After careful evaluation comes the willingness to follow through with the resolution and or to practice required exercises.  After engaging in the aforementioned would a passing grade ensue in This Semester Called Life.

Does The Power Greater than me even consider learning curve credits, an “E” for effort? Does executing effort in and of itself equal mastering This Semester Called Life? Ought we to be allowed a passing grade of consideration so as to not have to repeat the learning incarnation encounter?  Nevertheless, effort does have its place in the learning process. However this does not seem to be the way Greater Power performs.  The grading system seems to be either “skilled at” or “repeat.”

There is no meeting a Power Greater than myself on the next ambit any more than there is on this ambit. God is everywhere fully present in this sphere as in the next.

Spirit is an all-encompassing male and female, masculine and feminine, God and Goddess, Energy. The “Greater than” strength located within us is unlimited. This Great Powerful Muscle within us is ineffable.

The Silver Cord

The Silver Cord allowed me to visit another realm without final detachment. As we know when the Silver Cord detaches permanently we then enter into one of innumerable realms until we have developed a readiness for the next realm. The movement to the next realm may take centuries, months, or even a day. We have served our purpose, learned lessons and have permanently left this kingdom or realm.

As I lay in slumber, I slowly crossed the threshold of another realm. You know the one… where we experience occurrences, converse with loved ones and others which may offer valuable insight.

Twice in one week, I crossed the threshold and visited two friends which are now “on the other side” one friend per dream. I needed to release or say goodbye to my friends. I loved one more than the other maybe because, we were together longer, had some of the same interests as well as a strong emotional investment here on this plane. Both men were with their new family unit. Both were happy. Each one, while on this plane had their own demons, yet on the next realm they were healthy, stable and loyal.

The Silver Cord experience allowed me the opportunity to visit my friends which told me it’s ok to move forward. To use this time wisely while I’m still here. When I heard these words during my Silver Cord experience, feelings of sadness overwhelmed me because he, in a benign sort of way, let me go. Instead of me being happy for their freedom, I was overcome by a sense of disappointment because I played no part in their bliss. Although egotistical it is still the way I felt.

Each man’s loyalty his new family unit seemed impressive. Their ability to be loyal is a miracle in itself. I sensed no ego coming from them yet a genuine caring and appreciation for what we had. Both are now free of the chains which held them captive in this realm. Am I happy that they are happy? Yes.

During my experience I observed that each of the men has found their happiness, including the ability to be honest then again maybe they were honest in this realm but I was not open to hearing it. Maybe learning to hear was a lesson for me to learn in this realm.

Both of my friends cared enough to, upon separate occasions, appear during my Silver Cord experience assuring me of their contentment, expressed gratitude and for me to move toward my goals.

I have noticed when I dream about someone has “crossed over” it’s possible to communicate but their mouths don’t move. It’s not always the case but it is an observation. How is it that we can communicate when our mouths are not moving?

In the end I come away from this beautiful experience with the heartfelt knowing that love is releasing. Love is setting something or someone free unconditionally.

Namaste

Ecclesiastes 12: vv 6, 7 (New Revised Standard)

6 before the silver cord is snapped, and the golden bowl is broken, and the pitcher is broken at the fountain, and the wheel broken at the cistern, 7 and the dust returns to the earth as it was, and the breath returns to God who gave it.
